Well, it was good, until it wasn't. The story is pretty shallow, the sole reason the whole game is scary is because the monster is chasing you 24/7 (cheap and bland game mechanic). Oh and the graphics are trashy as well.

I really loved the silent hill styled movement in the beginning in front of the outside of the apartment complex. Sad there wasn't any other like it. The scenery is cool and the monster is pretty creepy, but other than that this game isn't good. Everything but the gameplay is good. The gameplay is just going from point A to point B to get keys and then get more keys... and then more keys. It doesn't feel rewarding. The game also isn't that scary considering the monster only has like two mechanics. Please for the love of God add more animation/camera/ silent hill styled gameplay like how it was in the front of the apartment complex. And PLEASE make the "puzzles" if you even wanna call them puzzles more changling but actually meaningful. Having to annoyingly go up and down a building to get keys back and forth is boring and pointless. I also understand this game was free which I am grateful for, but this is just some constructive criticism. Thanks.
This was the best japanese horror game, that I have played so far! The monster was well done and besides being hidious, it's smart? AI is very good and the atmosphere you created is phenomenal, well done!
I really liked this game and really hated it at the same time ahaha What's here is really cool but the monster ai is frustrating, it's super dark, and kind of vague as well. I loved the ending, it was just hard to get there. All that said, for being a free game on itchio, this is really really good. I'm excited to see if you guys make anything else in the future!
bro i got the innocence lost ending and i just played this and it might actually have been my favorite horror game on itch 10/10 absolute master piece and its surprisingly free and there is multiple endings get it now!
This game is something. The fear i felt is unimaginable every time I see that untanned baby, my heart just drops, fearing I have to restart the part again but jokes aside it was a great game and story (if u don't go crazy first)

This game was genuinely terrifying with the first few encounters with the creature really getting me. I genuinely never thought I could scream so much in genuine fear as much as I have done. Although I am very late to playing this, there was something so brilliant about it aside from it being really spooky. The atmosphere, the designs, the story - it all fit so fantastically together with just enough mystery left to really psychologically get you. I really enjoyed sharing the situation with the protagonist as it was refreshing to not know anything more than they did for a change. As for the story, I can tell it goes a lot deeper than what may be lying on the surface and it's very interesting to wonder about what might be the reason behind so many of these strange moments we face throughout.
The only problem I would say I faced is not really knowing what I was doing or where I was going. There were a lot of rooms but you can't actually explore much until you have come face to face with the monster first. An easy idea I could think of is to have little map on the bottom floor so you can get a grasp of the surrounding area. Other than me getting stuck a lot, I had no other problems at all.
Overall, this was such a great short horror game that I would say it underrated if anything. I look forward to see if anything else is to come in the future.
